First American's Trustee Servicing Solutions division provides a well-trained staff for borrower contact through our Homeowners Assistance Team. Our technology helps track contacts, provide IVR prompting, allow for ACD, and monitor the timely handling of calls. Our Web site offers email contact that can be monitored and retained for future use. We can provide forms to the borrower as required by the lender/servicer, and can perform additional loss mitigation efforts on the client's behalf.
