Environmental Regulatory Database Review
This report is designed to help determine whether there are environmental findings of concern regarding the property or surrounding properties in federal, state or local agency environmental databases. This report, which includes conclusions and recommendations, is prepared by an environmental professional upon review and evaluation of an ASTM Standard Regulatory Database report. A high- or low-risk determination is assigned based on the evaluation of the database listings. The search radii for the database conform to ASTM standard E 1527-05/AAI. However, the scope of the investigation will not conform to the requirements of "All Appropriate Inquiry."
