Our Asset Closing Services serve the outsource needs of government-sponsored enterprises, lenders, servicers, and asset management companies. We expedite disposition of REO assets through our local closing team. We also offer title resolution and closing management support to default clients, as well as title and closing offices nationwide. The title coordination team examines title reports produced by our vendor network and coordinates resolution with all parties necessary to obtain insurable title. The local closing team helps direct and expedite the timely disposition of REO assets. We review and provide the executed sales contract to the designated closing office along with appropriate closing instructions, and we also deliver all necessary documents for that transaction. Our closing associates manage the process from contract to close.
