Supplier Diversity

Supplier Diversity demonstrates First American’s commitment to promoting business opportunities for certified minority, woman, and disabled veteran business enterprises (MWDVBE). This includes identifying opportunities for diverse businesses to participate in the competitive bid process on an equal basis with all other bidders and to promote business development of MWDVBEs. First American broadens its access to quality suppliers through its first and second tier engagements.

Procurement works cross-functionally throughout First American to identify business opportunities for all suppliers. The Corporate Director of Supplier Diversity acts as the liaison with Procurement for all diverse suppliers interested in pursuing business opportunities within First American.
